With reservations, we were ushered upstairs to a charming terrace for dinner. The cooking was truly Italian but kicked up a notch. While we read the menu, the chef sent out a taste of fresh cold tomatoe soup. We shared a seafood salad of mussels, clams lobster, octupus, and shrimp. For primi, home.made tagliolini with clams, bottarga, ground almonds and homemade raviolo filled with veal stew with mushrooms, a slice of provolone, roasted red pepper. For secondi grilled calamari and a wonderful guinea hen stuffed. We shared a pistachio semifredo. The chef sent out a chocalate/ beet ice and then petit fors. We were steered to a great Trentino Pinot Nero by the knowledgeable sommelier. At the end I met the owner chef Gigi, an amazing chef..
