We wanted a relaxing break by the sea in an apartment, we found this apartment on trip advisor and had no problems making the booking and liaising with the owner to agree the price and arrangements. Having booked we made our own travel arrangements and flew to Bolongna where we hired a car and drove to Riccini. Paolo who owns the apartmant provided excellent directions and was there to meet us when we arrived, the welcome was appreciated with good tips on places to visit and eat during our stay. The photos you see on the website are what you get, a brand new refurbished apartment to a very high standard with every thing you need to enjoy your stay provided. The sandy beach is less than 30 mtrs from the front door and has a wide promenade which leads you to Riccini one way which is an easy stroll with bars and restaurants along the way and Rimini the other way although a bus ride to Rimini is advisable. Whilst there we took the train to Bologna for the day, drove up into the mountains to San Marino then took the short cable car ride up to the visitors centre before exploring the narrow winding streets. Driving south along the coast is worth doing and speding time exploring the many seaside villages along the way, If you enjoy shopping both Riccini and Rimini have a good selection of seaside, everyday and high end shops to suit any budget. On that note we can't fault the apartment or the hospitality of Paolo and his father.
