Great place to stay, spotlessly clean well appointed apartments with comfortable seating inside and an outside terrace with shade. The grounds are well kept, with play areas for children and a good sized outside pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were going to a wedding in Pula and this place was recommended. We stayed for 4 night.

There were four of us in one of the apartments. The hotel is quite pretty and well designed. The apartments are towards the back and have their own balconies but are close to the pool. Apartments have big rooms, ensuing bathrooms and a nice sized reception room. All have TVs with satellite.

The pool area is huge. Pool is lovely with loads of beds around. Half the beds are very uncomfortable, so always get the more modern looking ones.

We were getting close to the end of the season so the hotel wasn't very busy, but that doesn't explain the complete lack of atmosphere. The whole place felt dead. I'm sure half of the services weren't being provided - the mini golf, table tennis, "spa" area all looked liked they never got used and didn't seem well maintained.

The average age of the guests is probably 70 so I guess they are catering for their normal customers. But there is no pool bar, nobody ever comes to the pool to see if you want anything. If you do order at the main bar (if you are lucky enough to find someone) then they don't bring drinks to the pool.

Generally the service was mixed. The night porter was rude when we arrived and generally very rude throughout our entire stay. No ironing board in the whole hotel - you have to iron in this little laundry room on a table. Not great for a wedding.

This place is really quite expensive, but you got the distinct feeling that you were inconveniencing the staff by staying in the hotel. Two of the receptionists were nice, but pretty much everyone (barring one waiter) was rude and unwelcoming.

I read the reviews on here and I don't recognise the place. This is not really a resort hotel. It felt a bit more like a high end old people's home, but with an awesome pool.

It's about 15 mins walk to both the beach and Pula. You can hire bikes if you want. The food was a bit average so I'd definitely recommend eating out.

Our stay was fine and the apartment gave us what we needed for the wedding, but the experience was very underwhelming.

First impressions are important and as drove up to the entrance portico we were more than relieved after the not too impressive drive from the airport.
The hotel bedroom was really up to standard, large room with good bathroom and toiletries. Well furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean. Sky Sports for the World Cup Rugby if you were interested.
The extensive grounds were immaculate, and the pool excellent.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was also very good and served in the delightful dining area.
Location was probably the best of all hotels in Pula as it was a relatively short walk in to the charming little town.
Only 'against' comment I would make is that the hotel could consider ways of making staying in for dinner more appealing. There is no doubt that there is a very good chef because the one meal we had in was delicious but the food choice was very limited and expensive for what it was.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights with our daughters (aged 1 and 3). The resort was very nice, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the pool and playground were loved by the kids. Things that diminished our enthusiasm included mosquitoes, bees, and the fact that the closest beach (Nora Beach) left a lot to be desired. However, with a car, there are limitless magnificent beaches just 30 minutes away.

The hotel its self was an extremely clean idilic place to stay with a fabulous pool surrounded by amazing gardens and fabulous views of the mountains behind. We went self catering and found the apartments surprisingly larger than shown on the photos. With our own apartment equipped with wifi the teenage kids were also happy. shutters and air con kept the rooms nice and cool too.

On arrival at the Hotel we read the prices of the food menus and were shocked to find that to feed our family of 5 for a week breakfast, lunch and dinner it would of cost upwards of €2000. Rip off considering we ate in pula town every night with a traditional 3 course meal and drinks costing the whole family around €90 a night.

With regards to the the situation of this hotel it was ideal; A walking distance from the charming town of pula, a 20 minute drive from dozens of idilic beaches, 20 mins form the stunning mountains and 30 mins from the airport! The location was great.

The character town of pula was absolutely what you would expect of a Sardinian town! Many typical Sardinian restaurants framed a lovely town square with live music most nights a week. With a supermarket, clothes stores, pharmacy and every other necessary requirement it had everything you would need to make your holiday comfortable.

Tho Nora beach was nice and close to the hotel but a 20 minute drive through stunning rugged landscapes took you to some stunning beaches. Cala Cipolla and Tuerredda our Favourite. Though busy when we went it was not completely overcrowded and as dramatically compact as other reviews say. They were stunning and we did many activities such as snorkelling and cliff jumping.

Overall we utterly enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel that had no tack, no fuss yet still felt luxurious and like home every night we stayed. The place was a great base to explore the south of the island and visit some amazing places. A beautiful country with a beautiful place to stay.
