We came for a few days of skiing at the start of Feb. The hotel was extremely comfortable and has all the facilities you could want: a great restaurant, bar, indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, parking, shuttle to slopes, etc!

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t help more, and the food was stunning! Will definitely be back :)

Having visited and stayed at Hotel Mirella with work twice before I wanted to take my now wife to the resort so she could experience first class service, lovely romantic classic hotel and food that is truly amazing. The Bulferetti family are always available and make it their mission to meet and great every guest and are even seen serving when things are busy. We must mention one grey haired man with glasses who served us each morning and evening (I did not get his name) but he was so professional, attentive and nice, as are all t staff. Our stay was incredible.

The hotel has an amazing wellness suite with 2 saunas and a very nice steam room. The pool is a great size and jacuzzi is great for families although not as hot as I like it.

You are also just a 5-10 minute walk to passo tonale gondola and there are too many amazing restaurants and bars to mention.

I would recommend this hotel and any of the Bulferetti group hotels and look forward to my next stay.

Thank you.

The hotel has OK rooms but is not what I would call 4 star anymore although the bathrooms were nicely renovated. The pool is large and well heated and the wellness area is very modern. Breakfast is not up to 4 star hotel standards but acceptable. Dinner is good, but not excellent. The abundant antipasti was really good.

The ski shuttle mini bus is extremly practical as the hotel is some way from the ski slopes. The driver is very flexible and accomodating.

On the negative side, the opening hours of the breakfast and dinner room are not really compatible with a Scandinavian family with children wanting to make most of the ski day. Our children were a slepp by the time the reastaurant opened in the evening and the meal was served. While we could have had breakfast earlier, had the restaurant been open. The main ingredient for breakfast is unfortunately bread. Surprisingly there was no Earl Grey tea during the full week, nor bananas, despite my asking both in the restaurant and the bar. Cereals on offer were for children, not really for adults.

The Passo tonale ski resort is very nice and especially suited for beginners and children. With very small children wanting to learn to ski, I think that I would prefer one of the hotels next to Passo Tonale, that offer ski in, ski out rather than the shuttle and the gondola every morning. The Ponte di Legno ski area is suitable for good skiers, especially in the early morning when the pistes here are almost empty.

Stayed in February on a group ski trip. Location poor as not near lift base (approx.2kms) totally reliant on hotel mini bus to access lift base and return. No "proper" ski/boot room just an unsecure store room in the garage. Bedrooms had rusty radiators, chipped enamel in bath, soap dish etc, beds felt like a springy camp bed, décor was depressing (dark brown room, dark red bed covers and battleship grey painted bathroom tiles). Overall the hotel was generally in a tatty condition. The gym, pool and jacucci were good and the evening dinner and service is this hotels best feature along with some friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed at many hotels in the alps and this is not a good ski hotel.

We are coming to the end of a week long stay over Christmas at The Mirella Hotel. The hotel is super comfortable, exceptionally clean everywhere (we had two 4th floor rooms facing the beautiful mountains at the rear of the hotel which were kept very nicely by house keeping) it is conveniently located with good parking and the management and staff are all wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is fantastic and varied at every meal and the restaurant offers fabulous views towards the mountains. For skiers the hotel offer a shuttle service to the nearby cable car/lifts although it’s only a short walk through the very pretty town. The hotel have private lockers at the lift station which are also heated to store the ski equipment. The local slopes are only really suitable for good skiers but the efficient cable car takes you quickly up to Passo Tonale where there are slopes for all standard of skiers. For non-skiers the hotel has a fabulous spa with a lovely pool also with spectacular views, a large jacuzzi, a gym, two saunas, a steam room and a treatment room. Ponte di Legno is a very pretty town with lovely architecture which is a pleasure to wander around and browse the local shops.
