Comfortable hotel. And in a great location for a lovely time locally (shops, cafes, bars and restaurants) and with easy and quick transportation to centre of Venice. The bus station was a five minute walk from the hotel. It was nice to see Venice but also to come to a quieter place in the evening.
Breakfast was variety choice and very good .
Room was a very spacious clean
But My room was a right above a bar so a lot of noise until late night time even though I'm tired I couldn't sleep because of a noise and smoke smells coming up other than that pretty good
The hotel is very well situated with easy access to airport bus and busses to Venezia. All around are restaurants, markets and nice shops. The family room was large and the interior in good condition so that it was easy for us to get organized. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is great. We found that matress and cushions could be softer, but that is rather subjective anyway.

Fabulous hotel. Great location - lovely area and really handy for transport into Venice and to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Excellent buffet provided at breakfast time. Highly recommend this hotel!
