Everything was amazing! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this amazing place to stay more days. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel even the bus station was very close.

We had a nice experience! The staff are really nice. The man at the reception was so helpful and gave us a lot of tips and information. The hotel is located in the centre of Mestre. Only a five minute walk from the bus stop and a 20 minute drive to Venice.

Good thing about Vivit are its excellent location and cleanliness other than that, the staff is much unfriendly specially a tall man with glasses who smokes like a chimney and treated us in a discriminate way not even greeting or answering our questions and who seemed bored of his life, maybe it's time to retire! Only friendly person was a lady with black hair in counter.
Lady in restaurant also unfriendly not even a smile and taking long to replace food during breakfast. Breakfast is good tho but no fresh orange juice is available.
Lift is the slowest in the whole planet so you will have to wait for a while to reach to your room.
I ordered a fresh orange juice in the restaurant and the answer was "you have to pay 3 euros" well I never requested a FREE juice to begin with, but at the end nobody made the juice and again the old tall man ignored our request and I never got the juice.
Mattress very hard and a pretty much empty frigobar. We noticed someone was always getting in our room every time we went out.
Again this unfriendly and racist tall man was there during our check out and not a single greeting or a thank you from him. So we would definitely not come back!
