We really liked this hotel. We felt very comfortable. It was out of the the busy area. A tram stop near by which went direct to Venice Island. The staff (William in particular) were very helpful with information about the Island, transport, including tickets, which you can purchase at reception. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Cleaners did a great job every day and were very friendly. There were a lot of choices for breakfast.
We ate in the restaurant and were very happy with our meals. The best Aperol Spritz we had so far in Italy.

Just returned from a 4 day stay here,the staff were very helpful,especially Andrea and Guglielmo,Andrea explained about the tram and waterbuses for getting about and the taxi we had booked to turn up to take u back to the airport didn't turn up 15 minutes late, Guglielmo went above and beyond to phone them sort it out and 5 minutes later a taxi arrived,many thanks to both of them.The Hotel was very clean rooms spacious,food was good ,breakfast ok.would definately stop there again.If i had to find a fault my shower cubicle was a tight fit for me,(but i am 20 stone) Ha Ha.

Our room was neat and comfortable although like other visitors say, very plain and basic beddings. We noticed that there are no complimentary coffees and milk available in our room, but only teas and sugars.
Evelyn, the evening staff in the restaurant was very helpful to us.

Morning breakfast is good but the fruit juices are watery. Tinned fruits ok but fresh ones better. Evening meals are delicious.

Staff at the reception were very helpful too and gave us as much information as we can have.
