Kudos to the Four Points in Mestre, Italy, close to the Venice Airport. I was on a girls trip cruise in the Adriatic; as we stepped off the ship, Delta texted us that our flight from Venice-JFK was cancelled, and we were rebooked for the next morning. I immediately got on the Marriott and Hilton apps; nearly every hotel by the airport and in Venice were sold out. The only option was the Four Points so I booked it.

Arrived at 11am; long line for people trying to check in; all being told they could leave their luggage, but no rooms available until 3pm. I went to Elite desk (no line); allowed to check in immediately; upgraded to 2-bedroom suite (thank you Lifetime Titanium status!!); room had huge bathroom (almost as big as our entire cabin on the cruise ship); soft towels; bathrobes & slippers; hot water kettle AND espresso machine; bus stop (6 Euros round trip) to Venice less then 50 yds from hotel; and super nice and helpful staff (everyone we spoke to). ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I want to congratulate Luca V and Anete! Highly professionals who know how to make clients happy, always willing to give good advice, always smilling even with hard pressure. The give te second extra mile. If I had a hotel, a would deffinitely would want them in my team. I would go back to this hotel because of their good Service!

We were an extended family of 7 visiting Venice prior to travelling to Ravenna to board a cruise, and saw some great reviews for this hotel. We were not disappointed. The front staff are very warm and helpful, and the restaurants for breakfast and dinner were excellent. The cost per night is about a third of staying in Venice proper, and so over two nights made for significant savings. The local Bus (24H) stops just outside the hotel and takes you right into Venice in about 15-20 minutes and I think the total for seven was about 20 euros return! There are restaurants and a great shopping mall about a five minute walk away with great stores for last minute shopping and the usual array of fast food for hungry teenagers! It is a great place to relax after a hectic day enjoying the canals and sights of Venice...Highly recommended!
