A Great Little Place When Flying Back

We are Marriott luxury travelers as a general rule. We needed a hotel that was convenient to the Marco Polo airport after coming off the Ritz Carlton Yacht. This little gem is easy breezy. While it lends itself to more basic accommodations everything is clean and has a great little gym. Nicolo and Noemi in the restaurant and bar are most accommodating and very friendly! You’ll enjoy their fabulous service. If you want to make your life easy getting out of Venice when you have a return flight this is a great option. We couldn’t imagine going all the way back to the St. Regis and coming back into town to fly.

Room tip: It’s very convenient to get airport if you’re returning out of Venice. Nicole and Noemi are very friendly!

Experience in Venice

The pillow are fluffy and they always gives you lots of water in the room.
They have a big selection for breakfast. Hanane was very nice and helpful. She will bring lollipops to my grandson and always bring us our cappuccino.
Customer service was very informative and answer all our questions

Service with a smile

Nicolo and Aymen were both excellent and accommodating!! Great customer service. Between breakfast, lunch and drinks they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I needed medicine to be kept cold and they did not hesitate to take it and help me out!

Thank you Aymen

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, 3 nights before a cruise and 1 night after the cruise. Both were wonderful stays. While there were a few great employees at the hotel, one stands above the rest. Aymen in the restaurant took such great care of us. He was such a warm and friendly face at breakfast each morning. He was attentive and kind. After finding out that I was gluten free on our first morning there, he immediately remembered me each morning and kindly offered delicious, warm gluten free croissants. Such a nice touch.

Crown jewel of Venice Mestre

Excellent hotel..with Excellent service n outstanding staff...we reached the hotel n were welcomed by an amazing person eleonora ...who is the heart of this awesome hotel...she helped us right from informing us about how to reach venice ...nearby supermarkets...bus routes...etc...she is very helpful n courteous...
The other person thoughtful n caring in this hotel was Aymen..in the restaurant...he looked after us very well..
The hotel is located very close to venice mestre station ..n easily reachable by bus. Supermarket is very close by.. direct bus to reach venice...(bus is every half n hour)..but timings are mentioned...bus stop is just outside the hotel (very convenient).
All in all loved the hotel n njoyed my stay...will give a big thumbs-up for this wonderful property...
