We stayed there for 2 nights. People at the reception are amazingly nice and accommodated every request.
We almost forgot some of our things and they reminded us of them.
We got amazing suggestion for dinner in nearby village. Had a blast.
The only thing is you can't get a view from the window, but it's a small thing.
Breakfast is great with vast variety.
The beach is across the road. The whole city in located in between beautiful trees.

This anonymous-looking structure is located on a quiet road within easy walking distance of the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent, although the latter was a little overpriced (fish dinners can be surprisingly costly in Italy). There is a top-floor sun terrace which is private to the hotel, breezy and sunny, which is an added plus.

The rooms are spotless but quite small, and unfortunately, the beds are very narrow and feature very hard mattresses. We probably won't go back due to the very hard and narrow bed, but the hotel is a safe bet if you need something in the area and are not picky about beds.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony.

Booked by booking.com an hour before arrival before doing a drive past first! Ordinary, unwelcoming looking hotel with its own campsite next door situated in a what can only be described as situated on a busy holiday village maze of roads within pine tree areas- I believe close to a beach, but never looked as couldn't wait to leave area. That said, the roof was a nice place to sit for half hour after breakfast. On arrival I was told we were lucky to have the last two rooms ( the one next to me was empty?) The rooms were very basic, the shower bathroom very small and tired. The Italian couple next door could be heard easily. The double bed was very small - lucky I was on my own. Wasn't overly confident with the blanket- always take my own pillow!- Air con wouldn't work so had to find owner and to my surprise under persuasion came to look (I'm now convincing myself sitting in the car all night with air con on all night would be preferable!) and offered to change rooms! (not next door!) Another mysteriously available room!
Thankfully this air con worked, better bathroom but no mini bar. had TV but limited. Car park other side of the road under trees - a bit worrying leaving a Porsche . However, first class breakfast, plenty of variety and quantity. Friendly owner. Would I stay here again - probably not but would call in for breakfast!

Room Tip: Not sure if they exist- I would have preferred the roof terrace with a fan

We loved Hotel Rosmarina. The service, ease of parking, proximity to a clean, well maintained beach, clean and comfortable room made this a destination which we will return to.
The experience was enhanced during the World Cup because we were able to watch the games in a room while enjoying the service of the barista.
The beach opposite the hotel was the best we have been on along the coast, to date . In addition, we were in close driving distance to the charming town of Castiglione della Pescaia, allowing us to have dinner at Trattoria Toscana in Loc. Baldiola, a very special experience.
We also love Osteria del Mare in the town of Castiglione della Pescaia.
In addition, if you are interested in history, there are ruins across the street which may provoke you to ask about them or google. It deepened our understanding of a small period in the history of the world.
We plan on returning next year.
