This was an interesting place. The people who run it also run a ballroom dancing studio, so we had to go there first to check in. Watching practice was fun. There are couple tiny dogs running around too.
The place itself feels like newish construction. It's sort of at the end of a road with a mix of farmland, train tracks, houses, and towers with electrical wires. Each room is themed after a different dance with a mural of the dance on the wall (probably my favorite part). The whole place was clearly furnished at Ikea (including the bed, which is the same one I have at home). The pool was nice, but as I said before, the neighborhood was a bit strange, and you got a nice view of it all from the pool.
Breakfast wasn't spectacular, especially compared to where else we stayed this trip. A few cakes/tarts, a little yogurt, juices, and freshly made tea or coffee, all outside in the shade near the pool. Interestingly, the woman we checked-out with asked us if it had been enough breakfast or if we wanted more. Perhaps this is new and still a work in progress?
So it wasn't bad, but compared to other places in the region, it just didn't stack up.More
