We managed to get a table at 19.30 without a reservation. Fixed menu... with possibility to modify apparently according to allergies etc .... we didn’t need to . Starter with mixed pickles, dips coriander bread sticks... all home grown produce. Then a tuna carpaccio with Safran. Japanese turnip soup . Grey trigger fish and braised steak on local sweet bread for main. Finally warm chocolate cake with ice cream and kumquat confi. All in all fine food with local fresh produce in interesting combinations. The service could not have been more pleasant. Price performance exceptional.
