Well organized hotel, basically in line with Best Western expectations. Relatively quit also seen the time of the year. Modern well maintained rooms, very quit at the 3rd floor.
The in-house restaurant serves quality food, if one can make clear to the staff what you want as he did not speak english to have a clear understanding. Combined with the fact you don't receive a menu but he just asks fish or meat and than tells in Italian what he has, makes it a kind of surprise what you get on your plate. Beside this very committed staff and quality oriented to give a good experience.

Very good location with celan and bright rooms. All personnel is really exceptionally customer friendly and will do their best to make your stay superb. Food is also excpetionally good and adpats to special requests from children and adults. You will encounter big problems if during your stay hotel management organizes events. Then hotel guests will become non-priority guests and the experience will degraded, including sleep quality..

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in July in 2013 and 2014. We intend to go return there in 2015.
As well as having all of the four star facilities it has a lovely atmosphere - the staff are helpful and friendly and all seem happy and settled there. This maybe because the owning family is involved in the day to day running of the hotel - it is not like some impersonal corporation where ownership is constantly changing.
In the dining room, where they have conveniently long hours for each meal, Paul the restaurant manager is happy to guide you through the menu and ensure that you are looked after. Both visits we have been excellently looked after by waiter Giuseppe.
Across from the hotel is their large private beach and pool area. There are many sports and leisure facilities for all ages as well as a bar and cafe where you can linger - perhaps play cards or chat in the shade with friends.
A troupe of entertainers work enthusiastically to provide activities for children. They put on great shows at night in the intimate beach-side open air theatre - productions which one of the owning family is very involved in. For the more energetic they provide aqua aerobics sessions.
As in the hotel building the staff at the beach are helpful and friendly. Whether it is Gabriel checking that you are happy with your private beach sun beds and parasol, Stefan's warm welcome at the pool or the good service at the cafe everything is done to make your day a pleasure.
The rooms and bathrooms are modern and well appointed with plenty of wardrobe space.
In the evening it is great to wander around Giulianova - which comes alive after dark with streets closed to traffic and full of restaurant tables and market stalls. In the daytime it is more sedate with many small shops and cafes. Being very flat many locals cycle and next time we may hire bikes from the hotel ourselves.
Or you can walk up the hill to the old town area.

Room Tip: Worth paying a little more for the sea facing rooms

If you look for a hotel with throughout very friendly staff and superb kitchen, then this beach hotel in Giulianova should be your choice. Whether you are there for business of for enjoying a few days of vacations at the seaside as a senior couple or with your young family, this hotel and its staff really let you feel comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are of really unique quality. You cannot go wrong!

Room Tip: Chose sea front rooms. They are not noisy and have a very nice view.

This hotel caters to bus groups and it sort of shows. The ladies at reception were lovely though and very helpful when we could not find one place to get any lunch, even the little bar at the beach (private) was closed. They had the kitchen rustle up sandwiches for us.

Room was OK but the beds were hard as planks (what is it with Italy and hard beds I wonder?). Bathroom was nice and modern, very clean.

The hotel has a nice big private beach with chairs and umbrellas, a small pool (we did not try it) and a lovely bar with terrace. It's right on the boardwalk, across from the beach.
