We stayed 7 nights at the Atelier Design hotel & luckily were allowed to use the facilities of the other hotel about 200 metres away . We parked our car in the underground car park for 10 E per night & used their swimming pool which was quite cool because of the location . Good location just a couple of minutes walk from the lake frontage which has lots of good cafes & restaurants plus the ferries . Also a trip to Isola del Garda can be booked from there

Room Tip: No rooms have particularly good views

We stayed here recently and were pleasantly surprised, we arrived late and thankfully due to a football match which the staff were watching they were able to get us some food. Our room was lovely with patio doors that faced out onto a terrace. The location is excellent for catching the bus or ferry. The staff were friendly land helpful, if sometimes their English was limited. The breakfast was basic and a little repetitive by day six. The only major downside of this hotel, is that they overlooked the cleaning of the terrace. We arrived late on the Saturday night and it was clear the ashtrays were not emptied or cleaned, by the following Saturday they were still not cleaned which was a major oversight. If they could get this right, it was value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a patio door with a view of the lakes.

We stayed at the Classic Hotel, and our room was massive. The beds all seem to be sofa beds, but they're very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. One of the best showers ever! Was a bit difficult to check in initially: we had to arrive late, so we let them know very far in advance, and then spent a long time waiting for them to come down to let us in. Also, we'd received approval via TripAdvisor that our request for late checkout had been approved for free, but then when we were charged 30 euro out of the blue for leaving at 2 PM. Considering the hotel was practically empty, that seemed unreasonable. Everything else, though, was good.

We were at the Atelier Design and the hotel is shabby. Room small with great views to a wall. They did not spend much in furniture nor in towels and sheets (shabby, tear, and not well washed). We left the hotel after the first night to the Grand Hotel.

We booked the hotel via a travel agency and didn't really know what we were gone get. We were definitely satisfied though by the end of the trip. The hotel staff was very kind and lovely, the room a bit small but not crowded at all. We felt very safe with leaving things in the room. The breakfast didn't vary but was just what you need in the morning. There is a parking spot nearby and it's a minute walk to the boardwalk along the river. It is also a great set-off point to driving to any location in north Italy. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any one this experience.
