The Ladin people are a culturally distinct group within the dolomites. They retain their own language and cuisine. We had the pleasure of indulging in a tasting plate that was delicious. Tagliatelle with a venison ragu, stuffed pasta and mushrooms with shredded cured meat and a stuffed cheese dumpling bird with one another for top honors. An incredible meal and warm and efficient service. Highly recommended.
