After visiting the Malatesta Library and the Archeological Museum, we have seen the gate opened with the staff setting the venue. As we did not feel intrusive because too early, we ordered a Weiss Beer as the most intriguing one was out of stock. Made with german hops, the Weiss looks slightly darker than the industrial ones and taste slightly bitter at the end which was good for me too. The missing one, Castagna, is made with chestnut flour and it is unfiltered and unpasteurised; it will be available again in about 6 weeks. Can't show any photo as the camera had a flat battery.
