We stayed for 3 nights at this old world country hotel, which was delightful. The furnishing and general look and feel of the hotel was charming. It was an excellent location to explore Tuscanyfrom, with many key attractions about half an hour's drive away ( easy driving, but for the very narrow roads and occasional crazy driver!).
The rooms were clean and comfortable ( although our air con was unpredictable and caused a few uncomfortably hot moments at night) and Franco and his wife were warm, welcoming hosts, helpful in their recommendations as to what to do on our last day and where to eat in the town.
The breakfast at EUR 8 per person was very good ( fruit, yogurt, cereals, sweet cakes, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber and savoury tarts) was delicious and good value.
We would definitely consider returning to this hotel if we are in the area.More
