Travel Dog Friendly
Seriate, Italy

All was exceptional, but breakfast way below average.

This hotel would have been 5/5 but they critically dropped the ball at the breakfast.

It is unexpectedly PET FRIENDLY (we didn't advise of our doggies in advance, from our experience in other places we always got the worst room then), our dogs were warmly welcome, all the staff was coming to say hello and told us they're welcome in all parts of the hotel, restaurant and wine cellar included! Just wow!
Also the housekeeping loved the dogs and they were even asking about them when they didn't see them with us!

The hotel offers a wine tour and tasting, so the dogs participated in that too!
It was great experience.

There also is a SPA in the hotel, at extra cost but absolutely worth it, there are 2 saunas, hammam, indoor + outdoor jacuzzi, kneipp therapy, sensorial therapy, refreshments.. If you forgot your swimmsuit, you can also purchase it here.

Room itself is pretty large, featuring beautiful and big shower cabin and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room.
Also a peculiarity of the room, there are viewing "holes" in the wall with built-in kinda telescopes where you can view the old towns monuments! Great touch!

Breakfast was from 7 to 10, we arrived at 8:15 and grabbed the last croissants... At 8:30 there was literally nothing left apart from muesli, jogurt and fruits..
All pastries were gone, all cold cuts were gone... (not that there were many to begin with) but they were not getting replenished, which is a big problem, not even halfway through the breakfast time window...

We chose this hotel based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The outside is a bit ‘drab’ but once you step in, it’s nothing but.
The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. It’s clean and very quiet and the service impeccable, especially Andrea.
It has a winery attached where you can sample their wines.
The breakfast is delicious and their restaurant is also highly recommended.
The location is perfect, only a few minute walk to the centre of this charming small town.

Really nice and welcoming staff - nothing is too much of a problem, even at half past one in the morning!!!

This is a peculiar hotel in terms of its ultra modern decor and unique furnishings.

The rooms are quirky in the nicest possibly way - all of them are quite large

    High quality furnishings

It was clear that no expense was spared in creating a unique/boutique hotel.

Breakfast is way above the 'Italian' average breakfast

Using mainly local produce and fresh farm butter (definitely above the average Italian BURRO!!!)

Very close to the railway station, but surprisingly not affected at all by train of indeed traffic noise.

Bathrooms of the highest quality as well

    Nice restaurant and bar area

Also the Hotel's adjacent is exceptionally high quality

Obviously the wines are excellent and made at the hotel.

Very close to the centre of the city all the local bars and restaurants

If you are in the area - stay here - give it a try

Room tip: all at a very high standard

This hotel is ideally located in the town of Bra close to shops and restaurants. The decor of the hotel is modern which is refreshing for Italy (usually more old school). The reception staff are always very accommodating and provide late check out when required if possible. Nice self service bar area for guests which is a nice touch. Breakfast staff are always very nice offering great local cuisine and service along with a order from menu (again not usual of Italy). Nice touch of a free bottle of wine from the working winery in the hotel placed in your room. Hotel is currently under some construction on the exterior but there is no effect on your stay. I will be back to this hotel in the future.

We spent 3 nights here as part of a tour of Piedmont. The hotel was quiet (we were the only guests one night) but we were treated impeccably. Staff on reception went out of their way to help us with directions and recommendations of things to do as well as booking us dinner. They also booked us in for a tasting at their own winery below the hotel! So much fun!! The breakfast was an impressive buffet with the option to order hot food also. Room was spacious with a great shower and fabulous AC (Much needed during our stay)

They are currently undertaking renovation and building work and when finished will be coming back to try out the wellness centre. If it is done as well as their room and restaurants and winery then it will be fabulous!

I was there while they were restructuring part of the hotel; despite that inconvenience, I fully enjoyed the experience: room are very clean, comfortable, with modern and funcitional furniture. bathroom is wide, with a wide and modern shower, good light and all that is needed ; only week point is a the hairdryer .. low in power.. not suitable for long hair or limited time :) . Rooms are anyway quite and bed very comfortable. Good breakfast , with a good vaiety and right range of alternatives. price per value equation : superpositive
