We only stayed one night at this B&B in Ascoli Piceno, it it was fabulous. The communication via emails from the owner Valerio were great. Our GPS managed to find it for us this time (it normally struggles in some of these old towns with one way and very narrow streets), but Valerio was standing outside the large wooden door of this old old building. Just goes to show you cant judge a book by its cover, because the room we had was beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. We were extremely lucky because we had the room over looking the Palazzo. We were also lucky as we arrived on a Sunday when parking right outside our front door was free.
Shower and bathroom were great and the quality of sleep was fabulous. Breakfast was enjoyable and just like most other Italian breakfasts with cereal, yoghurts and fruit juice and packets of very hard toast, but Valerio also had a couple of home made cakes. The Italians we find love their sweet cakes for breakfast, which isn't an Australian tradition and I'm a cake lover, but just don't enjoy it for breakfast. We highly recommend is B&B if you are going to Ascoli Piceno

A lovely small family run business in a converted palazzo that is as pretty much as central to most sights as you could require but on a small side street ensuring quiet in the evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the external bathroom is spotlessly clean and the owners are really helpful, breakfast is included in the very reasonably priced rates.

While not a problem for myself the less mobile may struggle due to the amount of steps.

This B&B is perfectly located right in the center of stunning Ascoli Piceno, situated on a little piazza that our room overlooked, with several fine restaurants nearby as well as the grand Piazza del Popolo, and many other historical and beautiful sights. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet, although it was lovely to open the shutters and hear the church bells. This is a small B&B with a warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with juice, coffee, and assorted and amazing seasonal cakes and sweets made by the owner's mother. Palazzo Migliani is doing it right!

Valerio, the owner of this B&B in the middle of Ascoli, will do everything to make his guests feel welcome. His mother prepared a special vegan cake for me for breakfast when he knew I was a vegan. The rooms are wonderful, located right in the center and very clean. What more can you wish for 30 euro per night?
