“Expensive for a pizza, but very high quality.”

Being there alone on a Monday night no doubt helped the quality of service, but it was very good.
I especially appreciated the explanation of the various doughs and the waitress made sure to tell me that the Bra sausage is usually served raw. I requested it to be cooked and it was not a problem. Impressive beer list, and good wine list as well, especially by the glass.
True, paying 2€ coperto when there is no bread on offer seems a bit exaggerated, but overall I would recommend this: the pizza is unique and delicious!

My wife and I shared the pizza selections of the day and were impressed with both the quality of the food and the innovation of the restaurant. They also had Balladin beer which is very good, especially the amber.

We had a great experience at Gusto Madre. Our waitress listened to our likes and dislikes (including those of one vegetarian among us), and the chef crafted a multi-course menu that included 5 or 6 interesting pizzas on a variety of crusts -- crispy, chewy, sandwiched, etc. The dinner -- which included a couple of bottles of wine that were perfect for the food -- was a bargain. This is an informal place that is perfect for families or a quick bite. The staff is eager to please and to share the creative pies coming out of the kitchen. All that being said, don't skip the basic magarita pizza -- it was my favorite of the bunch!

Gusto Madre gives you a real culinary experience and food culture. Pizza, for a long time considered as a low-quality product, is now experiencing a real revolution and even a re-evaluation. The creators of this trend are great pizza chefs, who issued a challenge to the Haute Cuisine, after studying the ingredients, the employment techniques of different flours, and thanks to an obsessive care to details. I have never before been so suprised in a positive way when taking the first bite, absolutt Lively. Be brave enough to taste their specialities. If you are in Alba this plate is a must. God wine and been to go alene was of cource suggested by the knowledged waiter.
