Small but cozy, it is located in a dead-end alley of Budello.
We just wanted to try it once, since we are not that crazy about the location and also about what they cook and serve there.
In fact tha name is 'friggitoria' which means 'fish and chip' and fried stuff restaurant.
Once you get inside, in a clear and sunny day, when some light from outside enters in,
you have a good feel : as I said before, it is pretty small, quaint and the tables, chairs, the counter, the open kitchen where you can see the chef and cooks working, are simple but elegant.
We ordered their specialty 'focaccia di Recco' which was superb, grilled octopus and chicken milanese (breaded and fried). For dessert, we had an excellent chocolate tiramisu, served in a lovely old-style glass jar.
Despite the fact that there were only two pretty girls, the service was attentive and good.
The bill was fair, given the first rate quality of materials.
We will certaily go back .
