Used as a stop on drive back from Spain great location near motorway. Rooms clean and modern. Free Wi-fi. Would use again. Also there are shops close by So if you need to stretch your legs or have some retail therapy It works well. Car park is secure and safe. Will use again.

I stayed here for one night with friends whilst attending a concert in the arena nearby. Its around a 20 min walk to the arena. The hotel was modern and very clean, all the staff were lovely. The room was spotless, quiet and the bed was comfy.

The hotel is clean. It’s located in an industrial area with no where to roam outside except for a McDonalds. The hotel does not have a café. One may request a continental breakfast be provided for a fee. This hotel has no amenities. They do not want guests to bring any food into their rooms so this makes staying there very inconvenient & uncomfortable. The staff is not helpful. There is not any coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. It’s a bit like being a prisoner and one feels they have to go out hunting for food. In France, the food & wine are super delicious & a guest at this hotel has no access to it.
Good morning. To bounce on your remarks, it is indeed not allowed to consume food in the room, following the very uncomfortable inconvenience we have met in the past. However, it is possible to consume food in our dining room, provided for this purpose. We also offer meal trays, delivered by a Bordeaux caterer, to order directly in reception. A coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine is available in the lobby. We regret that you get this impression on our hotel while we are doing our best to ensure that our guests stay as well as possible. After an unpleasant greeting by the young lady at the check-in, i noticed a menu with most items crossed and Spaghetti remaining. We did not travel all this way to eat spaghetti from an un-named source. When web site said "catered" I imagined something like we have at home -- menus from restaurants with UBER or other delivery sources. So,I asked about nearby restaurants. With a wave of her arm she said, "In the shopping center across the highway." Then I asked about wine. She waved her arm in a different direction and said, "Go to the supermarket." Then i asked if she could provide ice? She answered, No." I asked where we could get it and she said she did not know, bit I could try the supermarket. The prospect of all this convinced me that your hotel was unsuitable and we would look elsewhere and she said, "OK." I soon found a more suitable hotel, thanked her and left. She stopped my wife and said that we must pay $95 which we did happy just to leave. We are very frequent travelers and I have a TripAdvisor following!

I chose this hotel, as it is within walking distance of the Arena. A typical chain hotel with good enough facilities for a single night. Comfortable with air conditioning, which works. Breakfast was very basic and was not good value for money.
