“Wonderful as always”
Reviewed 10 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

This is our home from home holiday cottage. The cottage is really well appointed and in a fantastic position for visiting other places. As always if you come here to stay you must visit Aldeburgh and Southwold. Hayley and Andy are so accommodating we've already booked for next year.
Thank you once again for a wonderful stay

“Perfect for our girls weekend of R&R”
Reviewed 8 December 2017 for a stay in December 2017

The house was fabulous. Had everything we needed. Plenty of seating for 5 around the table and in the lounge area. Very conducive to girls who like to chat. Very close to Southwold with it's gorgeous High Street and Pier. Hayley was an attentive host and her communication was effective and useful. Just what the Dr ordered!

“Excellent holiday rental”
Reviewed 17 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

The ORR is ideally located for visiting the coastal towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Thorpeness (a must!), Snape Maltings (though not particularly dog-friendly), Orford, Beccles .... Beautifully unspoilt Covehithe beach just 2 miles away. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped. It's a real home-from-home. Plenty of sofas to curl up on when the weather's not good. Hayley (the owner) lives in the village which is good to know if you have any problems. Also, as a local, she can recommend places to visit. There's a variety of food outlets on the doorstep- Chinese takeaway, breakfast/lunch cafe (great value cooked breakfast), local pub (Horse & Groom) with very staff and good (uncomplicated food). For walking, park at the cliff top in Pakefield and walk into Lowestoft (a very dog-friendly walk).
