We made reservations online about a week before our lunch and were greeted in a cute little village (thats how it feels). We were seated at the 'museo' which offers a 4 cours menu with drinks (wine and water as much as you could like) for only 25 euro's per person. The menu is amazing, fresh and typical for the tuscan region. We were served as if by an italian familia! Would definitely recommend!!!

Delightful and inspiring, a visit to Fattoria La Vialla is a must for italophiles, foodies, oenophiles and bird watchers alike. We spent a week in May in one of their stone farmhouses eating, birdwatching, hiking, and learning about this incredible farm. They offer tours in English, German and Dutch which includes tasting their award-winning biodynamic and organic wines. For a special experience, booking for lunch at the beautifully curated museum on the premises is highly recommended. We had a guided tour of the museum and learned about the history of agricultural life in this corner of Tuscany followed by a fantastic multiple-course meal featuring homemade pasta – it felt like we were in someone’s home. The setting is truly peaceful and sublime and the landscape is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a birdwatcher’s paradise as well, within minutes of our arrival we saw redstarts and hoopoes! I loved their wines, especially the unfiltered La Brumosa and Barricato Bianco, and I also quickly got used to finishing a meal with some vin santo or grappa. My husband and I went with our 60-something parents and we also saw young families also enjoying the fattoria, so there really is something for everyone, even if you are just stopping in for an espresso, a grape juice, or to buy some pecorino, wine and olive oil from their bottega. Having been there this past May and the July before, we cannot wait to return and at least in the meantime we can now order their products in the USA and remember the wonderful memories we made there with each taste...

Would have been nice to see some locals, but guess we need to go elsewhere to find that. Ambiance nice, food was good, great wine. I personally did not like the chickens walking around and on the table, but that is personal.

We stumbled on this place when trying to find someplace open on a Monday for lunch. They have a variety of seating areas so while there are quite a few tables it doesn't feel crowded at all. We sat in the garden in the back, which you can't see when you first arrive. The menu is very simple - platter of meats/cheeses and a dish of the day - but well executed. Wines are tasty and very reasonably priced.

We visited this place because we recieved a mailing from them, we were a bit in doubt but this is realy a nice surprise and a thing to do when in tuscany. The have a nice guided tour, a good restaurant and the staff is realy helpful. But next to that are the products they sell, good wines, bread, and much other things.
