Booked this hotel through a groupon voucher. Dinner, bed and breakfast (and a glass of bubbly on arrival) for £90

Firstly the drive up was the most beautiful journey I have experienced. My country is beautiful.

Loch Leven hotel is well sign posted and easy to find.

On arrival we received a warm, friendly and polite welcome from the lady at reception - never caught her name but it was Craig (the manager) wife. Check is was speedy and efficient and Craig was on hand to tell us where everything was and carry our luggage to our room.

The room was perfect, excellent value for money. It was spotless, kept its old fashioned look but modern with tv and to our surprise a large whirl pool bath tub. (We had a superior loch view double room) plenty of mirrors, sockets and a kettle with tea coffee and biscuits.

Dinner was booked at 6.30pm and that was my highlight. Restaurant was lovely and dinner was even better. The timing between courses was perfect, food was hot and very tasty. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Everything was spotless, cutlery, dishes, glasses etc.

We then went through to the bar and got a seat next to the lovely warm fire. Craig was on behind the bar and he was fabulous, cocktails were beautiful. We met another couple and got a little loud and tipsy but Craig handled us brilliantly.

The location of this hotel was perfect for a peaceful trip away. I will most definitely be back and would recommend this hotel fully!

Staying over Christmas is a fantastic idea cold classic Christmas weather. Skiing near Ben Nevis as well, I would love to re visit some time and would strongly recommend it.
To anyone unsure about booking it I wouldn't think twice about it

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here on a Saturday night at the end of October,

We have stayed here once before on a Saturday night and my parents have also stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night.

We have all found this hotel to be really good. It is also such a great price when we have booked. The room we had during our recent stay was 108. It was nice room, plenty of space and well presented.

The hotel grounds and surrounding area are really nice, if you are driving the location is a stones throw from Glencoe valley and closer to the hotel there are some great areas for walking. The Hotel itself has a nice twist of old and new in and out.

The food here is great, service is really good and the bar is nice and cosy. The locals who eat and drink here are also really friendly and great fun. They have a pool table and games which is great for families. The eating areas are really nice and you have the choice one area which is very peaceful and another area which is closer to the pool table section and bar but still quiet as they have doors that can be closed. These areas also lead out onto a decking platform that looks out onto some incredible hills.

The bar sells a great range of drinks, even cocktails which are really nice. With an open fire and cosy seating its a nice spot especially when we stayed there were a few dogs chilling out as well!

Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are visiting the area. I would also suggest visiting for food and drink if you live nearby or passing.

Thanks!

This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel. Once again we were not disappointed. The rooms are warm and cosy. The scenery is wonderful. The staff are exceptional and so obliging and the restaurant and bar live up to expectations with wonderful food, well presented and a great array of drinks in the bar. This hotel is also dog friendly.

We were there to visit Glencoe, so it is a really good option as it is close to it. The room was nice, and we took dinner at their restaurant as well. Everything was nice and the people were very friendly as well. Maybe the bad point were the pillows, too flat, but the rest was great.
