Think this is my third review of Castle Canyke and our 4th stay with Warron, Jane and Shirley (And Diesel) so that should really say it all. A lot of things change, such as Brexit, English Football and the weather. However, one thing that doesn’t is the hospitality that Jane and her family offer. It is without doubt the best you will find with their personal touches to make it even more enjoyable. I wont go on and on as I have done before because as I said, nothing has changed in the last 7 years we have been staying but if you are a first time visitor be prepared for the wow factor because even after all this time, we still feel it when we get there.

Best thing: Jane’s Breakfast, and sitting in the gardening chatting with Warron over a beer. Thanks again guys for a great stay

Room tip: All the rooms are excellent

We were made so welcome from the moment we entered. Jane and Warren were the perfect hosts. Our room was perfect for our needs and everything we could possibly need had been anticipated.
Breakfast was very tasty and had a great choice. We had a beautiful view of their amazing garden while eating breakfast.
It was so easy to get on to main roads and tour Cornwall from here, just on the outskirts of Bodmin and nothing was too far away.
We have stayed in some well known chain of hotels that didn't look after us as well.
We are going back to the same area later this year and we have already booked in for our next trip.

What was a wonderful weekend in Cornwall was made even better by this B&B and its kind and welcoming owners. The B&B is in a great location for exploring both the North and South coast. The B&B itself is beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards. The owners made us feel at home and were ever so good at making our stay special. I would recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to visit Cornwall 😊

On the outskirts of Bodrim but excellent location for exploring both east and west sides of Cornwall. Although on a reasonably main road, quiet location. Had back room and noise not an issue. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Extra touches with delicious snacks with tea/coffee supplies, as well as bottled water daily. Hostess provided lots of local information including a loan of useful books and travel guides to help plan daily trips. Rooms could not be faulted and tastefully decorated with all needs met.

Just to say a big thank you to Jane and her mum to let us feel at home in this wonderful B&B! Everything was perfect! the whole house is carefully looked after in every details. We had been offered tea and muffins as we arrived. the room had a fantastic view on the amazing garden, really comfortable bed with well appointed bathrooms. Spotless white towels, face cloths, dressing gowns and complimentary slippers of a high quality . The breakfast was Amazing, freshly cooked fry-up. all above standards! I would highly recommended this place!
