We stayed in Bay view chalet for 4 nights and had a great time.
Gary was really helpful and really accomodating with our old dog. We arrived a bit early but everything was ready for us.
Everything in the chalet was as expected.
I would recommend this property, but just add a few bits of advice;
-Shop before you come as there isnt really a decent supermarket nearby. We did (and always tend to) so we were fine and just topped up in markets etc. throughout the week. There was a great market on the wednesday in a nearby town with a great fishmonger, lots of fresh veggies and bread etc.
- If you like to cook you may want to bring some utensils along. I always cook our meals while we are away and missed a few home essentials like a grater and peeler. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped for standard use, just for us wannabe chefs!
- Bring bottled water.
- Dont be alarmed by the steep hill up to the chalet its not as bad as it seems in first approach. Just take it steady in first gear and try to arrive in daylight!
Overall a great family holiday, the wood burning stove was the best bit ... after the beautiful view.
property very clean ,nice quiet location with lovely view. Myself with husband and our 13 year old boy found it very comfortable , tv with free view . Short drive into Abberdovey , and Twyn. Good value for money would go back again. If you want to spend all day out and then relax in the evening this is for you.

The property had lovely views of the bay as it was high up towards the end of a very very steep windy road.
It was clean with two bedrooms , one small double and two singles. The beds were quite comfortable. Only one wardrobe which was in singles room .
There was no Mirror except in small bathroom.
The water was brown and at first had lots of grit in it. I cleaned my teeth in bottled water . Electric Shower was acceptable .
I could not see how to heat kitchen water so used kettle for washing up.
Comfy lounge chairs and coffee tables. The dining table was folded away and there were no
chairs for it anyway . The long steep windy road leading up to it took a toll on the gears and low chassis cars might not make it. It was a feat of driving skill to ascend and descend!
Great little place in fantastic location. Chalet was very clean and well equiped upon our arrival. View is absolutely amazing and whole area very quiet so if you looking for a place to relax this is the right spot. Nearest beach is only couple of miles away and there is a lot to see and enjoy in the local area. Gary, the owner was very nice and helpful.we had an excellent holiday and will definately go back.
