we stayed 1 night b and b on 1 sept and were very impressed.
we had the small twin room at the front which was scrupulously clean with
comfy beds and well stocked mini bar with an honesty plate. we did not use this but noted that the prices were reasonable. on arrival the owner appeared at the door as if by magic and check in was very simple.just the right level of friendliness from the owners
ie friendly without being pushy. Best english breakfast i have ever had from a b and b
highly recommended

Room Tip: rooms at back probably quieter but not noisy

We stayed here for one night on a bit of a spur of the moment decision to stay in Ilfracombe. It was a 20 minute walk to the harbour (not much of a sea breeze!) which was a pretty area of the town. The room was on the top floor and quite a climb with bags. The en suite had been built into the room so was compact, but the shower was hot and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and, although we didn’t use it, there was a mini bar available in the room. We thought it was a nice touch that DVD’s and books were available for guests to use free of charge, with the suggestion of making a small donation in the air ambulance charity box in reception. Breakfast was nice and well cooked. In terms of value, we had stayed somewhere else the night before for £10 more and in comparison, Sea Breeze did not seem to be as good value. That said, Annette and Richard were friendly hosts and we did have a comfortable stay.

Smart, clean and cosy rooms offered by very welcoming hosts.
No-one could fail to enjoy breakfast as there were so many choices available.
The property is in a great location. You could drive, bus or walk into town.
If you wanted to stay in, the property has its own small lounge bar area.

Room Tip: We had a room at the rear. It was quiet (apart from the sea gulls:))

Just on way home from the second visit to Richard and Annette’s perfectly located gem of a guesthouse. Thank you for another super stay, for the so very comfortable bedroom with all the perfect little additional touches and of course the fabulous breakfasts! Your hard work in presenting and maintaining Sea Breeze is a testament to you both. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. Carol and Norm

Excellent guest House about 10/15 minutes walk from the main high street and centre, run by the friendly Annette and Richard. Had a lovely 4 night stay. Rooms were clean, tastefully and stylishly decorated, had all the facilities you could need including mini bar, snacks, fresh milk, coffee, tea, fan, use of ironing board. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of cooked breakfast and cereals, fruit, condiments. Loved the stylish dining room area and also had an honesty bar stocked with drinks and ice where you could help yourself.
