Bus was looking like very old. Seat cover was erupted. I couldn’t able to push back the seat. I could have booked better bus in that price.
The customer service representatives(2 ladies) at Buffalo treated us like their servants. All the customers felt harassed to an extent where we actually thought of calling the police. They cussed 2 of the customers so badly that at a point we thought those 2 women would hit the customers just because they wanted to know why the bus delayed 3 hours and they had work at Toronto . They didn’t even allow the 2 customers to board the bus. This is something I never expected from Greyhound. You are a customer oriented business and it should be your priority but the way their customer service representatives harassed us at Buffalo was really concerning and I hope no one has to face it again in their life.
Possibly the worse experience I’ve had traveling Greyhound to and from my destination. 90min delayed departure, driver completely ticked off, warned if the bus starts shaking it’s not mechanical it’s his nerves, bus overbooked. Horrible. Now on the return, no working outlets for charging. Smh. I don’t think I’ll ever travel this way ever again.
The trip with greyhound bus was very very terrible ,the bus arrived late at the tourism center to CapeTown with many cockroaches inside and late also from Cape to Bloemfontein. This is worst bus company of them all.Passengers catch busses on the street not at the platform putting people s lives at risk
I lost my bag on my way from White Plains to Boston (my last stop is Providence but there is a transfer).
You cannot talk to anybody at Greyhound and they tell you to submit a lost and found ticket for one item only.
Customer Service is based in India, and they do not understand the luggage complains, it's only for booking.
The driver is not helpful either, I told them that was not my luggage and they did nothing about it.
The front desk person was trying to be helpful but apparently there is not a system in place for this claims.
I do not recommend Greyhound if you expect good customer service and get to your final destination with your luggage.
I literally hate Greyhound. The most unreliable company known to mankind. My bus got cancelled and I didn’t even get an email about it, so me along with other passengers were just sitting at the station for about 1.5 hours waiting for the bus that never came. They are also chronically late. I would rather eat a brick than take a Greyhound again.
