myself and my parter had a lovely time at the cranleigh, we stayed in suite 10.
The bed was really comfortable, the spa bath was my favourite feature of the room. The mini bar was fully stocked and free of charge, breakfast both days was included in our stay and it was really nice apart from the coffee, but there was a coffee pod machine in our room so that made up for it.
Location was perfect, walking distance from most bars & restaurants. We had afternoon tea at the fizzy tarte & went to baha for drinks and really enjoyed both.

Room Tip: Number 10 has its own entrance & a little terrace with seats :)

Friendly clean hotel with great breakfast, we paid for DBB and received £60 to spend in be Baha restaurant, restaurant is amazing with gorgeous food. Room was clean, jacuzzi bath with tv excellent, however the bathroom was in need of a refresh i.e around the bath and tiles need regrouting and the bath had chips in which on first look made the bath look unclean. Use of the burnside leisure facilities is a good selling point as the faculties are gorgeous and relaxing. I have stayed In a few items in windermer and for £180 for the night DBB I would say this was worth it.

Bon Vivant Smart Villa
We spent 2 nights in this villa and it was everything we expected and much more. The service from the reception team upon arrival and during our stay was great. We had an amazing time and made many memories. During our stay we encountered some issues but this was rapidly solved by the reception team. Will look forward to coming to stay again and would definitely recommend.

A really amazing hotel with unusual decor. Comfortable room that was surprisingly quiet given that it was at the front. Lovely bathroom. The breakfast was OK. It did not feel very welcoming but for one night perfectly adequate.

We responded to a wonder offer via social media. Over the moon to be getting a Suite for the price of a standard room.

The Suite itself is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need for the perfect relaxing weekend. Must point out the mood lighting as this isn’t mentioned enough in the room description.

The Hot Tub is such a welcome retreat after a lovely day in the lakes.

Breakfast in bed served piping hot at the exact time we ordered it.

Congratulations to the Hotel and it’s staff. Couldn’t have asked for anything more at all.

11/10 from us, couldn’t recommend a single change that needs to be made.
