I stayed at No 98 boutique for the weekend with some friends and had a great time. The hotel is situated right on the sea front, step out the front door onto the beach. Decor was stylish snd clean and the rooms were light and airy with a perfect view of the sea. The staff running this hotel were great, always happy to help, advise abs most importantly whip up a delicious breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back again!! Thanks No.98!!

We stayed for 1 night after our wedding but wished we could have stayed longer! Beautifully decorated with lovely local finishing touches. Clean and fresh, and we felt very safe covid-wise. Breakfast was of superb quality, well cooked, timely with a good buffet selection and dietary needs catered for. Coffee was excellent! The room was well equipped and bed comfy. It is a listed building so expect some wonky bits and tiny bathrooms - it all adds to the character. We had a lovely view of the seafront too. Hosts were impeccable, so friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Would most definitely stay again.

My friends and I visited Weymouth for the weekend and stayed at the 98 boutique. 98 is right on the seafront and is conveniently located for the beach, town centre and harbour side. The hotel was extremely clean, nicely decorated, the vegetarian breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Derek and Suzanne have refurbished and now provide a very pretty well run B&B. Sea front location. Clean and tidy rooms. The breakfast is cooked to order and very fresh. Love the decor. The room was quite noisy being sea facing, so would next time ask for a courtyard room at the back.

We visited Weymouth for the weekend and stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is really clean and had a refurb during lockdown. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the second floor with a very clean ensuite and a courtyard view. Derek and his staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was staggered time slots and really well organised with top quality ingredients all cooked really nicely. The nearest car parking is a public car park around a five minute walk away from the hotel which may not suit some people who like to have their car nearby. The location is great, just across from road from the beach and around a 10 minute walk into Weymouth harbour.
