This very spacious ground floor apartment features an exceptionally large family bedroom containing a double bed and a pair of bunk beds plus a full size washbasin with a shaver point. In the comfortable lounge there’s a high quality double sofabed.
The attractive modern kitchen provides ample space to prepare the meals for all the family. An external door gives access to the secluded rear garden where there is a separate screened patio equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities for the exclusive use of this apartment.
Flats 1 and 2 have a similar layout with Flat 1 benefiting from a slightly larger lounge - and a bathroom with both a bath and a separate walk-in shower.
There is easy wheelchair access to all parts of this apartment other than the bathroom where the width at the entrance is 650mm.
Weekly bookings only with check-in and check-out on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed.

Stayed in flat 2 Stavordale House on the recommendation of our daughter. The flat is in a perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the marina and 5 minutes to the esplanade and beach. Although compact the apartment had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including free use of a washing machine in a side annex.
The flat was very clean, warm and as its on the ground floor has access to a rear garden. We have already booked a return stay next year.

Home from home
I use this title as that is what it's beginning to feel like. My wife and I first stayed at Stavordale House in 2008 and we've been back every year since - that's how much we enjoy it. We've already booked for next year. The housekeeping standard is as good now as it was on our first visit. It always looks as if it's been freshly decorated. We usually stay in March or September (the quiet period) as we enjoy a lot of walking away from the crowds. The Portland coastal path is our favorite. The central heating comes in handy sometimes that time of year too. Thank you Mark, Gina and Ackley. Looking forward to next year.

Weymouth holiday
Absolutely lovely apartment that was spotless, everything you need including hair dryers, iron and shared laundry facilities was like home from home.
The appartment is in a central location close to the beach and town. Price was really low in comparison to other apartments in the area. Would highly recommend

Absolutely excellent!
My Sister-in-law and I stayed in Flat 4 in May 2019, and we cannot praise this accommodation highly enough. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Every home from home comfort had been thought of. Also it was excellent for walking, as only a short distance from the Marina, shops/town and beach. We couldn't have picked an accommodation more suitable for us. We will definitely return!!

Lovely flats comfortable and spotless
Stayed here several times all flats equally comfy and well set up with everything you need. Very quiet area and only a 10 minute walk to Weymouth shops, beach and railway station. Booked for next year already

Amazing apartment
Absolutely stunning apartment in great location. Only 5 minutes from the town and beach. Had everything we needed. All kitchen utensils even down to washing up liquid and tea towels. Bath towels aupplied along with bedding. The beds were so comfortable. Such a quiet location would highly recommend and definitely will stay again. Also parking for 1 vehicle per apartment

Consistent High Standard Accommodation
Very clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation. Seafront about 5/6 minutes walk, with promanade. Beach is very clean. Town centre is compact, level, with good choice of places to eat/drink. The working harbour is a place of interest as is the RSPB Radipole lake.

Another very enjoyable holiday at Stavordale House
We have now stayed at Stavordale House twice this year, once in Flat 1 and once in Flat 3. Both flats are very clean and comfortable and have everything for our needs. It is not far from the harbour, town, beach and buses so an ideal place to stay with parking for one vehicle per flat at the front of the property
