Whilst staying at Sinah Warren, Hayling Island, and on a day out, we accidentally found this Farm Tea Room.

Over the past 3/4 years, we have been there quite a few times for Lunch, and have always been very happy with the food and service.

This time, there was 7 of us who went for Lunch.  We all had different meals including Jacket Potato, Burger, Welsh Rabbit, Ploughman's, Soup and drinks.

We feel it's very reasonably priced, good value for money and a very good selection of food, nicely served by very pleasant staff.

We sat in what looked like a barn, with ample room.

Every time we have visited, there has always been a lot of customers, which has never been a problem.

There is a large car park just a short walk from the Restaurant.

They have a very clean Disabled toilet, also with baby changing facilities.

They have tables outside too, and kids will love seeing the animal in the fields.  On the day we were there, a few chickens were in the gardens.  Think our friends were just as amused by their antics as the kids were!!

Nice pleasant place for Lunch or Afternoon Tea. Good food, nice staff, and very clean. Good value for money

More personality in a tin of beans, the staff are rude, careless and unorganised. As for catering for vegans, don't bother asking because the response you get is a sarcastic huff along with 'this is a dairy farm' which didn't make anyone feel comfortable in slightest.

Their menu is limited and overpriced along with their hot drinks. Inability to listen when placing as orders as doing two things at once is incapable for them and to then fluster when the food comes out wrong or charge more for their errors, who would have thought you need to pay extra for cream with a scone...

Overall an awkward and crap experience, can't say I'd recommend it or try it again especially when asking about vegan options leads to me feeling chastised by the staff.

Shame because the animals are cute.

Went here for lunch in April. Even while we parked the car, the impression was good
- cows in the barn opposite and ducks and hens on the grass. There was a good choice of seating inside and out and a fairly simple menu, making use of produce from the farm.
As everything is cooked to order, there is a bit of a wait, but this was well worthwhile as the food was nicely cooked and came in large quantities. The prices were surprisingly reasonable.

Visited today, lovely warm welcome on a grey day. The tea room is in a pretty seeing with chickens, ducks and geese wandering around. Facilities were clean and the cream tea was tasty, with a large pot of clotted cream!
