We stayed for a weekend in early September and had an absolutely fabulous stay. The cottage was clean, well furnished and was ideally located to take advantage of the green, the uniquely independent shops and the ever growing cafe bar culture of Lytham. We will definitely be back.

We booked this cottage as a last minute booking for a few days away with our daughter. We are sooooo glad we came across this cottage. It is perfect. It is a small cottage, but perfectly designed with everything we needed. The decor and facilities in the house are of a very high, modern standard. The whole cottage has a lovely, welcoming, relaxed feeling about it. It is situated on a very quiet walkway, but it's only minutes from the lovely town centre and minutes from the lovely promenade.
The owner was friendly and amenable. We were very sorry to leave...and hope to return again soon. Will definitely be recommending this cottage to family and friends.

Stayed at the cottage for one week In August.It is two minutes to the centre of Lytham, two minutes to bus stops to St Anne's, Blackpool and Preston. The cottage is in an ideal location with a well kept small garden to sit and catch the sun. The accommodation was lovely and clean and I would highly recommend it. Only downside is that you have to park your car on a street near the cottage.
