“BEST COTTAGE WE'VE EVER STAYED IN!”

We've stayed at MAGNOLIA COTTAGE many times over the last 13 years and it's always been SUPERB! The cottage is spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, with all the amenities you would ever want! You are always sure of a warm welcome and nothing is too much for Selwyn and Geoffrey. The cottage is one of 5 in a very peaceful location, yet only a few minutes walk from the town or sea. We've stayed in many cottages throughout the country, from the downright disgusting to the very best and believe me this cottage IS the very best of them all!

“Beautiful cottage & grounds”

Really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely little touches like fresh bread from the bakers when we arrived. It is ideally situated where you can explore the south coast from.
Overall a great holiday, beautiful cottage and we would definately book again.

“Absolutely perfect. (As always),”

We tried yet another cottage, (working round them all), As usual the team presented it beautifully, it was comfortable in every way, lovely and warm. Selwyn was his usual attentive self. A joy to stay at Littlecourt.

“First Class Accomodation”

This is the first time we have stayed in Magnolia but have previously stayed in both the Coach House and Courthaye. As usual everything in the Cottage to a very high standard and spotlessly clean on arrival. The new addition of a Dishwasher in the kitchen was very welcome! Very good to have a designated safe parking space for each cottage in the grounds. Very relaxing sitting in the garden and only 4 minutes walk from the town or seafront. Selwyn and Geoffrey always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to coming back again next year.
