Positive:
(1) Location nearby city center surrounded with necessary supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops.
(2) Receptionists are very helpful and always tend to support and provide helps.
(3) Having a good lobby and café/restaurant.

Negative:
(1) The bathroom door is a two-slides and needs strength for opening and closing which is inconvenient and requires always two hands.
(2) The free wifi needs improvement with strengthen it.

We arrived into Vienna by train, and took a 10 minute taxi ride to the hotel. As the hotel is located on a pedestrian square the taxi dropped us around the corner, a 2-3 minute walk.
We were checked in by a very courteous gentleman, who supplied us with maps of the city, and informed us about the complimentary mini bar in our premier room.
Upon entry the room was a good size, and decorated beautifully. The room included a Nespresso machine, and a mini bar stocked with Coke, water, Pringles and a beer. The bathroom was also very large with a lovely modern rainfall shower. Unfortunately we did experience an issue with the bathroom (see attached photo’s), the window was only partially frosted, and due to the location of the toilet in the bathroom, the apartments across the street got a great view when we did our ablutions. I did go to reception to complain and to get some scotch tape to stick the helpful maps provided on the windows to preserve our modesty. My complaint was met with empathy, and within two days the windows had been frosted ( see photos). I must commend and thank the hotel for taking such swift action.
The rest of our stay here was faultless. We very much enjoyed the excellent location, which meant that getting around the city was easy, either on foot, metro or tram.
We decided not to take the €20 per person breakfast, and found many more reasonable options close by.
All in all, a very good hotel and one I would definitely stay in again.

This is actually a somewhat secluded hotel situated within the Jewish quarter, but a real gem in its own right. It is about a 5 minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and a little further to Mozarthaus. The local bar scene at night adds some noise, but not enough to disrupt your sleep or anything like that. The accommodations are reasonable in terms of size and functionality. I appreciated being able to return from a full day of activities to a clean room with enough space to stretch out and relax. The water and refreshments stocked in the mini-bar were a nice touch. Still, I was most impressed with the friendly staff I had the pleasure of interacting with at the front desk, especially during check-in, as the flight and bus ride from the airport had been long and I just wanted to take a shower and catch a few Z's. They were friendly, patient, and helpful, which I really appreciated. I was even offered a voucher for a complementary, guided walking tour of nearby places of interest! Overall, this is a well-balanced option for you to call your home away from home in Vienna. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate, but you can opt to pop into the restaurant downstairs for some buffet-style eats if you wish to (I gave it a try one morning and found it pretty good). I would definitely consider another stay at this location if my travels take me back to Vienna in the future.

Had a really good stay here. The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to all sights. It's in a small square with several bars but is well soundproofed. The room was great...really well designed and comfortable. All staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was good and the dining area very pleasant. Definitely recommended.
