The setting has absolutely breathtaking views and the yurt itself was so cozy. I visited in January when it was really cold, but the log burner heated the yurt so well that we had to open the doors, despite there being a big storm raging outside. I felt like I was in a fairy-tale. Our dinner was cooked by the lovely owners, a delicious chilli. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to go back.
We didn't know what to expect but we were absolutely blown away by our visit! From being greeted by the lovely Pawel who made us feel at home immediately, to being shown around the grounds and facilities to then seeing our yurt that was really well furnished and immaculate.
The Yurts are really like a lovely unique hotel room inside, spacious with drawers, table and chairs, a rail for clothes if you need it. They then have a really lovely outside seating area and the view is spectacular.
The general area is lovely and great for walking and really feels like a getaway. We were there in spring with perfect comfortable warm weather and green fields all around us.
The main house is where you have your breakfast, dinner if you book it and they have a well stocked honesty bar.
We had 2 fantastic days and nights in the yurts that felt like a fantastic escape, and have raved about it to everyone ever since.
We'll be back for sure.
We stayed here for 2 nights, in Nasu, & thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Set in a beautiful location the yurt was lovely with amazing views & such a peaceful location. Pawel is a fabulous host as well as a great cook, both evening meals were delicious & breakfast was great too! We loved having Shukru the dog say hello & our dog Mutley had a brilliant time too! We will definitely visit again!
We were a group of 10 ladies who visited the yurts to celebrate a special birthday.
Pavel met us on arrival and welcomed us with genuine pleasure and explained all about the yurts.
As were a little early for check in he gave us the freedom of the residents area at the main house, and later took us in groups to show us round our yurt for the night.
Having experienced camping at its worst, I was a little nervous about how this would work, but I can only say that this was a luxurious experience.
The yurt has everything you need, is homely and scrupulously clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was clean and practicable!
We had the evening meal on offer which was very nice and reasonably priced. We were probably more rowdy than the normal visitors Pavel has, but he and his mother were patient and polite with us and provided everything we needed, including a portable speaker for our music.
We chose to take our own drinks with us, but equally the fridge was well stocked in the honesty bar.
A great experience, and recommended to those who enjoy the peace of the countryside, as this is an isolated situation and very eco friendly.
We stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. Our host Pawel was fantastic and always happy to help. The food was all homemade and tasted amazing. You can eat at the straw house with other guests as we did or eat at your Yurt looking at the views. The straw house has an extensive mini bar at reasonable prices which isnt really described on the website, so we did bring our own drinks which you are welcome to do but there is really no need. There was a huge range to choose from wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks. The road up to the yurts is quite bumpy and I wouldn't recommend driving up in a low car but any other vechile can access it with ease. The directions on the site are accurate and it is and easy scenic drive to Paphos and Coral bay. Some reviews go on about the compost toilets, they are really not that bad and there is a normal flushing toilet in the straw house if you really can't use them. I would highly recommend and we are already looking to book our next visit.
