In our trip the crown our stay at Malta was the visit of the town of the old capital of Malta, Mdina!

The nerrow streets and old buildings have a lot of memory.

The placement of the city is extraordinary, built on the top of the hill, and both sides of the island can be seen from there.

However the town is not far from Valletta, it requires more, than 1 hour to get there, and the bus is usually full. Keep in mind that!

I recommend to visit Mosta and it's wanderful church: Rotunda, while you travel to Mdina.

If you are in Malta, do not leave this town out from you trip, you will not regret it!

This medieval city, also the old capital city of Malta, is surely a place to go to during your visit to Malta. We love to take foreigners visiting us to this enchanting city.

What a wonderful, stunning place well worth a visit. Had a lovely cup of coffee and was surprised at the price, we were not robbed, in the UK it would have cost double. Suggest going early before it gets to busy.

One of our favorite places to visit. Cruise visit Malta on a regular basis so be prepared for lot of travelers. We road the Hop on Off bus out the Mdina. Went early in the morning to avoid the potential crowds. Narrow streets, quaint stores and restaurants along with a beautiful church were Knights are buried.
