“A fabulous property in the hills of Andalucia...can't wait to return!”
Reviewed 25 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Six of us have just come back from a wonderful week here. We were a group of two 70+ and four 50+ extended family from Scotland and Tenerife. And how we all loved it! It is on three levels and there is tons of space so no falling over one another. It felt much more like a home than a holiday rental place. It has a well stocked larder and every conceivable cooking aid. The furnishings and art are all very tasteful and the bed linens of beautiful quality, Egyptian cotton, with comfortable pillows and duvets if you need them (we didn't). Pool was lovely on the hot days we had and to have lunch/pre-dinner drinks on the downstairs terrace enjoying the spectacular mountain views was especially nice. Quitin who lives nearby was our contact there, he was so helpful and nice.. Our collective Spanish was not good to non existent so I got by in French with him! The village was quiet with only two restaurants open whilst we were there, we had lovely meals and great service in both. We also went to nearby El Bosque twice for dinner to La Tapita... Excellent place, do not miss it. Took us seven mins to drive there. We had an overnight in Seville (drive took one and a half hours) and visited lovely Grazlema and Zahara lakes (breathtaking views). If you want an authentic taste of Andalusian pueblos blancos whilst staying in an amazing house you can't go wrong here... We will be back!

Hello May! I am so happy you and your extended family had a great stay - and even pointing us in the direction of a restaurant that we haven't tried before. Thanks so much for the lovely review and I hope to see you all back again in the very near future - especially now that British Airways have regular flights into Seville - although I don't suppose that helps you so much from Glasgow!

“amazing location without tourists and very comfy house”
Reviewed 10 May 2014 for a stay in July 2013

We stayed here last summer, two families with 4 teenagers, The location is amazing if you want to see this part of space. The village is really pretty and quiet with a lovely riverside walk to the next village. The house is very comfy with a great view from the terraces and a very pretty garden. Thoroughly recommend it.

“awesome house in Benamahoma!”
Reviewed 2 December 2013 for a stay in November 2013

We have stayed a weekend at Erin´s, and the house is amazing. It has 2 living-room, air-conditioning in every room, 3 floors and patio for barbacue and pool (for summer). The kitchen is completely equipated, and the car is easy to park. We have been 9 adults and 2 babys, and have passed a great weekend with nice weather and beautiful views.
I will recommend anyone to rent this house for pleasure holidays!

“Villa and village - perfect”
Reviewed 4 October 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Firstly, Erin could not have been more friendly, helpful or communicative. Secondly, she has described her home without any exaggeration, indeed it is hard to do it justice. We immediately felt at home in this villa, itself being so much more a home rather than just a holiday home. And very soon after felt completely at home in the village, the locals being so friendly and helpful - despite our Spanish being very poor ! - and great fun too. The food and drink was magnificent, being locally produced and fresh out of the ground. There's good walking to be had, or just enjoying the absolute peace from any of the four balconies.
For a quiet relaxing holiday with great rustic food and lovely neighbours, Erin's home would be hard to beat. We can't wait to go back !
