Brilliant apt in the sun all day on terrace, nice bed plus washing machine, excellent stay, close to bars and restaurants and only a taxi away to Los christiarnos and a Américas recommend to all

Superbe vacances
Superbe vacances dans la location de Martin a tout est fait pour se sentir bien.
Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre.
La localisation est très bien plage commerce aux alentours.
Soleil est rendez vous génial!!!

Pulizia e organizzazione
Grazioso appartamento molto pulito e ben organizzato, completo di tutto dal fonn al microonde, dal bollitore alla ventilazione a soffitto, unica pecca la tv non riceve canali italiani come d altra parte in quasi tutti i residence canari, ricordarsi di portare computer, con quello si risolve... per concludere: bene Martina!

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben drei tolle Wochen in diesem perfekten Appartement verbracht. Martina ist, auch wenn sie selbst nicht vor Ort ist, eine tolle Gastgeberin und immer zu erreichen.
Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Vacanza da sogno.
Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni in giro per l’isola, passando da spiagge meravigliose a vette oltre i 4000m.
L’appartamento è in una location perfetta per raggiungere ogni punto dell’isola, in un quartiere residenziale completamente nuovo. A pochi passi si trova tutto ciò che serve, supermercato, ristoranti, bar, spiaggia...è adatto ad ospitare famiglie, coppie o amici e la terrazza fuori rende il tramonto un momento magico da condividere.
Il residence “Terrazas del Faro” ha una piscina magnifica, con acqua riscaldata che nelle giornate più ventose è un’ottima alternativa alla spiaggia. È dotato anche di garages sotterranei molto comodi nei mesi più affollati.
La nostra è stata una bellissima vacanza che ripeteremo sicuramente, considerando che ad ottobre abbiamo trovato 30°c ed un sole splendido.
Un grazie speciale a Martina per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza!!
Peccato solo che sia passato tutto così in fretta.

Alojamiento estupendo
Hemos estado una semana muy bien.
Apartamento limpio y muy confortable.
Zona de piscinas tranquila. En general muy bien, para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y en familia.
Si volvemos a Tenerife no tendría ninguna duda repetiriamos.

Great appartment
Everything as described, appartment very nice, clean and everything avaialble you need in an appartment.
Only negative remark: pool was not 28 degrees as expected, but less. therefore we could not stay too long with our baby.

Were in these apartments in January with the small child. Everything very much was pleasant. It was silent, nobody rustled. The beach is located nearby. Near a complex build the excellent playground. Nearby there is a shop where it is possible to buy all necessary. The child had liked the heated pool. In apartments there is all necessary.
