We came here whilst on holiday with our children. Unfortunately the restaurant was about to close for the winter and so the menu selection was very limited.
Sadly the food we were served seemed to come straight from the freezer and was tasteless and not at all nice, we won’t be returning.

Went here for dinner with friends, who had been before but had given it a wide birth after disappointing meals.

The menu is written on blackboards outside the restaurant so everyone has to
Get up and go outside or take a picture of it on a phone and share it around the table. Odd concept in my opinion and can get congested when there’s a few tables huddled around a board trying to see what’s on the menu.

This also proved difficult for an elderly gentleman who came with a walking stick and sat down only to be told to get up again to see the menu.

I had the hunters chicken which was nice. My girlfriend and a friend had the creamy garlic chicken. Both said they couldn’t taste the garlic in it which was true as I had a little taste.

The creamy garlic sauce resembled that of a carbonara sauce and wasn’t overly pleasant.

Another friend had oven roasted Cod which should have come with vegetables and mash however they’d run out so he was offered chips or roast potatoes instead. He opted for roast potatoes.

When his food came as he began eating more towards the middle of the fish it was grey and clearly undercooked. He let the waitress know who was very apologetic and who spoke with the chef. They offered to Cook it again or take it off the bill. He had it taken off the bill.

That said the restaurant is in a Fab location with views over Alicante.

I’d go back but only for a drink. I’d prefer to eat elsewhere.

This is a friendly place with good food and reasonable prices. A pleasant evening enjoying a drink and watching the sun go down.

Like the setting overlooking the mountains, but let down by poor food. Cod on mash was off putting as it was leaden with over cooked veggies. The carbonara was a precooked sauce dumped on. House red was drinkable
