The hotel is in the center of the town so it is very easy to reach the main monuments. It is clean and the service is very good. We did not have the breakfast in the hotel as it is quite expensive but you can get it near the hotel.

I visited last year and the chef was amazing, I came back this year and he remembered me , I asked for special white omelette and he prepared perfectly
He is so nice
The food so delicious and fresh
The hotel is in the center I totally recommend it
The gym is good
The reception girls were so helpful with my check in

Sheraton Hotel Stockholm is located in the very centre of Stockholm, close to transportation and cultural activities. Well worth visiting.
Their Club Room floor is well staffed and has excellent service a good part of your day.

Room Tip: Try their Club Room. You won't regret it

This was my return stay at this hotel after an excellent stay the year before. Not quite as good as the first stay as some staff seemed less trained, flexible and friendly the second time at check-in and in the bar. Highlight at the hotel was lovely friendly people and service during the excellent buffet breakfast, from Julian and chef Ayastasis and bumping into Paula L again who had been kind during my first visit.

Hotel is very well located to explore the scenic city and old town. Renovated rooms are open, bright and pleasant to stay in.

Room Tip: Renovated rooms have a very good ambience.

Generally saying the hotel has a good location if you want to explore the city.
There was nothing notably wrong. all functioned alright. But it's a difficult one to say something outstandingly positive about - it was just kind of mid-range "normal" - which is a bit little considering the brand name and therewith coming price range.
The brand name certainly had influenced our decision making for this trip - we felt that we would feel more comfortable staying at an intl. brand (travelling the city for the 1st time). I reckon it's a good hotel for business travelers - not necessarily for travelling with children.
Positive point though: location of course and the Espresso House coffeeshop on the ground floor.
