The beach is child friendly, the water is clean and warm! It is a good place for family vacation and for couples who are looking for a quiet place to ratreate.

Mild sand, very clear water and beach, but there is too little space for so many people. And there are not enough showers.

Very crouded. Locals try to maximize profit by squeezing sunbeds close to each other. Prices when we were are around 10 euro per pair of sunbeds with an umbrella. They don't do as in other parts of Greece for ordering from the bar different things in the same amount to have sun beds.
Anyway after two days we decided to try some other places around.

The beach was overcrowded. The beach bars are ovetcongested and the umbrellas are not so far appart from one another... The sea is fantadtic though and this compensates for all the rest

We only visit the beach for a swim, either early or mid-morning, so I cant fairly comment on sunbeds or bars. Its clearly popular as its sandy. There is a slope (or steps) to the beach. Took us prob 3mins to walk back up in the heat. Its a tarmac road so not uneven to walk on. Its a lovely sandy beach so it is easy to get into the sea here (better to the right of the jetty). There is a jetty which is handy for leaving your towel on while you swim. You can walk out a long way without getting out of your depth. Very clean & clear, a few little fish about. Beach looked to be well cared for, clean. Near the car park entrance there is a shower & hose pipe with fresh water to swill off which made life easier. Well worth visiting, even if its a less calm day its fun to be jumping in the waves, which in August were warm.
