We rented the villa last summer for two weeks. We visited Creta due to the christening of our son in the local known monastery of Arkadi. The house is marvellous. Spacy, clean, modern and traditional at the same time, with a magical view to the old city and the sea. Everything was as promised. We also had for free a baby bed and a baby chair. The villa is not far from Rethymno town and close to the central road which leads to the near villages. The kitchen is perfectly equipped if you want to cook your own meals and enjoy the sunset in the veranda. The rooms are greek-theme-decorated and create a unique sense of individuality and comfort. Parking space is no problem, there is plenty of it on the road outside the villa. Thodoris, the owner, is very nice and helpful. He provided everything we needed extra in the house, as well as info and advice about the town and the area. We look forward to visit the villa and Rethymnon again as soon as possible.
Teo's place is very spacious, has a wonderful panoramic view, clean and up to date, and includes all the comforts of home. Communication was excellent. Teo helped arrange a rental car that fit our specific needs regarding pick-up and drop-off and provided good advice regarding parking in the central area (free parking in lots adjacent to bus station was always available and a convenient location). He provided a lot of good information on what to do and where to eat. "To Rakodikeio", one of his suggestions in the central area, is well worth trying - typical Mama's Greek food, nice outdoor setting, very good food.. Great accommodation with a great host. Thank you Teo for your helpfulness and for sharing your place.
Had a wonderful stay here for a week with family. The villa is light, very spacious, airy and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The terrace was perfect for sun-bathing during the day and drinking a beer in the evening, while the views were absolutely amazing. Teo is a wonderful, friendly host and very accommodating. Would love to stay again.
When we were planning our trip we wanted it to be an unforgettable experience, so we decided to rent a villa. The choice we made was great and we didn't regret about it at all. The villa itself is even better than on the photos, it is spacious, bright and very clean. There are not so many neighbors and the view is almost breathtaking. So, the villa is great to say nothing of the host. Morfia, Teos cousin is simply the best! She met us at the bus station, helped with the accommodation and was extremely helpful and amiable during our stay. She gave us recommendations concerning nightlife, trips to beautiful sights and even local places to buy food that were definitely worth following. Being a very open and friendly person, Morfia made our stay memorable and full of bright moments. We would be glad to stay here again.

The true test of the villa rental experience is a simple question. Would we rent the villa again? The answer is a resounding YES.
The villa is all one could ask for and more. Clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Top notch appliances, comfortable, clean furniture, all with a view that is stunning. If you feel the need for air conditioning there are modern units in abundance, or just slide the glass doors and windows open and enjoy the breeze, which is cool and refreshing. Walk out onto the huge terrace and look right to the old city, left to the spectacular sunsets, or just sit mesmerized by the 180 degree view of the sea with all its splendor. Equally important is the feeling of security. Never once did we feel as if we were in an unsafe area.
Our host, Teo, is a remarkable young man. Not only is his manner and English impeccable, he is genuinely anxious for his guests to feel comfortable and secure in what used to be his own residence. I was impressed by his willingness to relinquish the keys to the villa with no reservations as to whether or not his guests would care for his villa as he would have. He went out of his way to insure that we knew what places of interest were available, where we could shop for provisions, what restaurants were nearby, and most importantly, that he was available at all times should we need him.
I can honestly say he made certain that we experienced Crete in a manner that few outsiders could hope to be privy.
Thanks, Teo, for allowing us to participate in the ultimate Crete experience.
