Good place! The animation team is the best. They're funny and lovely people And there wasn't never boring, always something to do. It was so fun when the animation team came ask do I wanna go some of them activity lol All the swimming, dancing, laughing, I miss Petra Mare and I could go there again.
We booked this hotel as part of a packaged holiday with EAZY JET. When we researched the hotel it looked modern and well positioned to the local town. When we arrived the staff could not have been more attentive and we moved quickly to our room on the 4 floor. The room was not the superior sea view shown on the website but a rather old 1960 decorated room, it was clean and tidy but it was not very well maintained. The light switch was hanging out of the wall, the toilet flush was broken and one of the lamp shades had two very large burn holes on it. Once I reported these faults they were repaired quickly. The lamp shade was just turned around ( no investigation into the cause of the ignition.... But not to worry). The food in the hotel was great a fantastic and extensive healthy choice ( read some other reviews that claim that the food was bad!! Could not be further from the truth.)The hotel is mainly used by Russians and Germans so if you are a Brit you will be in the minority but this was not an issue in any respect. The pool was modern and lifeguarded as is the beach. Beware the laying of towels as a Brit you will used to abiding by the no towels before 8am rule. If you follow this hotel rule you will not get a sun lounger and umbrella. I conducted a little experiment and never once did I manage to be the first towel layer....I was normally up at 5am. If we had little children this would have been a problem. The hotel should police this.The all inclusive bar closes at midnight and cocktails are extra ( if you fancy a drink or cocktail past midnight). The local town has a fantastic harbour and a fine selection of tavernas and restaurants. If you get the chance check out Zorba's. Good holiday feel as though I was miss sold the room. That said the sea view is outstanding.

Great hotel!Lovely animation staff.Best place for family vacation,lot of program for kids.It was graet vacation in petra mare.Good allinclusive.Nice location,city is close and there are boats you can go to Chrissi island.
Positives are clean rooms and facilities for children.
Big negatives are:
1. Food: There is no sufficient information about food served. There is very limited choice of food, which is made of poor quality products. Main dishes are unhealthy (fatty and heavily salted) and not tasty. I hadn't imagined that Mediterranean kitchen can be so poor before I stayed in this hotel
2. There was no safeguard during my stay on the beach and swimming pool. No safety equipment on the beach at all.
3. No discretion kept by housekeeping ladies: they entered the room when they wanted.
4. Poor service in the restaurant due to not sufficient staff
Good reveiw and nice camping with avoiding whole ceties noises and resting my mind in the most beutifull vergin area , and travelling in time by my mind for thousands of years.
Feel free in oppen area and never looking behind myself.
