Three of us had dinner at “To Maridaki” restaurant. It was a great meal experience as the meal was excellent and the place clean, neat and tidy.

Service was very professional: the staff were very pleasant and courteous and kept us under their watchful eye all the time.

The food ordered (fish dishes and a salad) was first class: fresh, nicely cooked, very well presented and very tasty. What is more the quantity was enough to fill even the biggest stomach! At the end of the meal we were treated to complimentary Raki.

Prices were average, a fact that gave us very good value for money.

We had a memorable experience at “To Maridaki”; we recommend it and will call again.

Stayed and Chania for 4 days and this was the only restaurant we’ve visited more than once. Outstanding! Last day in Crete and before our flight, we stayed for the entire afternoon and polished off a couple bottles of wine with fried local shrimp. Best idea ever.

The food was fantastic and the location is perfect. It is a really busy restaurant so make sure you are always on time when you reserve, the staff was helpful though you can’t tell they were really busy. We had a great time and our tummies too!

Asked around for the best seafood spot in town and this was recommended.
It is a traditional family - run affair and will not disappoint.
We were recommended some small red mullet to start with as well as a few traditional dips and we of course had to try the char-grilled snapper!
Alll fresh and beautifully cooked and accompanied by a Greek salad and chips.
Huge selection of choices if you are not after seafood and the place was packed at 2100 - so booking is recommended.
