My wife and I booked in here for 6 nights in May. The house is in a great location so close to the harbour and is a pedestrian area only. The house is located in a laneway with two tavernas alongside and an artist studio opposite. It's quite enchanting.
The house is finished to a high specification but while we were there the electricity went off when my wife was using the grill to make toast, we never cooked again. The owner also requests that you turn on the hot water heater 15 minutes before you have a shower and turn off again when you finish... I think this is an unnecessary inconvenience for the guests.
The house has very small rooms and has 3/4 levels of stairs, so beware.
The biggest issue for us however was an odour that was evident on the ground floor. My wife started coughing after day two and we decided to cut short our stay after night five. We did not seek a reimbursement but the cough went as soon as we left. I must add that not everyone may have this reaction. So this house has some very good points but..
A very old and very charming small house, set in a labyrinth of narrow alleyways. Everything you need is nearby You need to be careful on the stairs because there are no handrails.
