This is most definitely not a four star hotel
The accommodation is very basic and apart from the 1st nights complementary tea coffe etc you have to pay afterwards even for bottled water!
All inclusive is a complete joke with the only food available outside of set meal times is a cheese and ham sandwich
The staff are friendly enough if you are Russian but don’t seem to particularly like the British which I don’t have a problem with but I wish I’d known before I booked!
The food is ok and that’s because we only stayed for a week, would imagine it’s gets pretty boring after that
The beach is small and rocky and unless you are physically fit forget trying to access it!
For all that if you want a peaceful holiday then this is a good hotel butbe pepaired for a lengthy transfer
This was our honeymoon and our first ever tip to anywhere in Greece
We are dertermined to return as generally we found the Greek people outside of this hotel so friendly and welcoming but it probably won’t be back to Crete and it definitely won’t be back to the Mistral (Night) Mare!!More
