Hotel was as seen in pics and staff were very friendly and helpful although not great English. The hotel is full of Chinese people (who love taking pictures of black people). Rooms were cleaned well but cups and glasses not changed everyday.

Not very close to Phuket central but we liked it as the resort had restaurants, spa (open until midnight), shops and ped rentals enclosed.

Would stay again.

Ideally located for the British International School Phuket (BISP), and easy to find even without 3G / SatNav, this is highly recommended. I had stayed here when it was new in early 1990s and am pleased to see it has been well maintained and provides most of what one needs for a short stay. Suggestions: hand soap or a bar of soap for hand basin would be good, along with some sachets of tea(bags) and coffee and small pods of fresh milk in the fridge

We found Karma Lighthouse Villas as it was centrally located in the Boat Lagoon Marina where the ferry’s and boats leave for nearby Phi Phi & James Bond islands.

Our villa was lovely. It was clean & spacious and overlooked the canal. We were able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There was a well stocked supermarket 10 minutes by foot as well as a number of restaurants. The hotel has a poolside bar and massage parlour.

There is the service of an electric car if you need a lift from your villa to the reception and pool area.

We never hired a car, but used the taxi services of Sam & Muay. I would suggest arranging a shuttle through the hotel to fetch from the airport. If you have the courage to drive around Phuket, I’d advise hiring a car. If you prefer not to like us, it’s 20 minutes by taxi if you feel like going out for a day trip or the evening out.

Amongst all the excellent staff who explained the faculties of the resort in detail, we were most grateful that we met Noi the resort manager, well as Glenn, who was super helpful. Between the 2 of them, they were like angels who helped turn a potentially really bad stormy monsoon week into an unforgettable one. They had advised us not to travel to the nearby islands as it was not safe. Instead they went through all the tourist attractions with us. We found plenty other things to do.

Lighthouse Villas is a perfect choice if it’s a relaxing break you’re needing away from the hustle & bustle of Phuket.

Boat Lagoon karma royal Phuket is very nicely located in mid of the city and the accommodation is really class apart.Very comfortable and spacious villa with two bedrooms three bathrooms drawing dinning and kitchen. It is really a house away from your house.Area boat lagoon is very open n nice and easily the transport can be taken to go to other places in Phuket. Little far from Patong beach area but still very nice location for a holiday.

It was a nice and peaceful stay at the resort. Very convenient to reach and not far from airport. The staff very helpful and cheerful.
Awesome location. Climate very hot because of summer, don't think there may be much difference during winter as well.
Otherwise it was a very nice stay.
