This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Contemporary, sleek and stylish but still comfortable and welcoming. Our room was huge, with a walk-in wardrobe, comfy couch, large bathroom with a rain shower, and huge bed. Large windows let in plenty of light and make the room feel even bigger, but the blackout curtains mean you don't get woken up early in the mornings (not that we actually saw the sun in Porto). Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options, and the restaurant is airy and enormous, so you don't have to wait for a table. And the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient – it's walking distance to the centre of town, and there's a metro station right across the street.
